How do I receive my ebook?

Immediately after payment, you receive an email with a secure download link. Also available on your order confirmation page. Check spam if you don’t see it within 5 minutes.

What format are the ebooks?

All books are PDF files. They work on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop.

Can I read on my phone?

Yes. PDFs open natively on iPhone and Android. No special app needed.

What if I don’t receive my download?

Check spam first. If it’s not there, email candelalopezm14@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds after download. Contact us at candelalopezm14@gmail.com for any technical issues.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments go through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
